hey i have been also and i was seriously thinking about that at the diner the other night but my blt got the best of me!! they had traditional eggs benny and a Florentine eggs benny with spinach and feta. they gave me to many choices so blt won!! LOL
 
The best Eggs Benedict around here can be found at Bob Evan's restaurant.
That would be a 40 minute round trip drive to appease this craving.

Perhaps I'll dig around in the kitchen and attempt my own version..... for now :D

we passed so many bob evans and nobody wanted to stop there so i got vetoed!!
 
i think i am going to go make some pastina and eggs. everyone else is going out (for at least an hour i hope!!).
 
i am craving salt and vinegar chips!!
