I plan on making the following for Thanksgiving, but am having difficulty finding whole wheat pastry flour. I have whole wheat flour & whole wheat bread flour, but even our upscale market that has half an aisle devoted to every flour under the sun doesn't have it. I'm not a baker by a long run, so what would be my best substitution?
