Man I love this McCormick barbecue seasoning rub.
I had the chops in the fridge sitting with it rubbed in good since this morning.
Pan with a little olive oil.
Tender and delicious.
Mixed greens salad with tomato, cukes and poppy seed dressing.

Sauteed spinach and mushrooms. Roasted cauliflower and carrots.
Oh - topped with sauteed scallops with a lemon/white wine/butter sauce.

bruised my ribs on my left side. I'm healing. Pulled
rotator cuffs both shoulders. I have friends here to
help me a little.

Do take care, and don't push it. Rest easy, and stay comfortable. Sorry to even think of that injury.

We had Costco Flautas with homemade guacamole. I peeled the tortilla off the flauta and ate the innards with the guacamole 😋

Out for errands so went to The Flashback Diner. Craig had an Ollie Burger and I had a classic burger, both with fries. Their patties are more like smash burgers than anything else.

Took the night off after working in the garden all day. My go-to comfort meal, grilled cheese on gluten free bread and lightly salted chips. ☺️

Well, my pasta with browned butter sage sauce with crispy bacon sounded better than it was. Not bad, but eh.

The tomato/herbed goat cheese/ homemade pesto was the star of the dinner.

Salad with avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, gorgonzola, and bacon with a homemade vinaigrette with a bit of garlic.

I picked up a package of chicken nuggets, garlic/Parm on sale. Never had them before. Froze 'em. Thawed and heated them up in my toaster oven, with low expectations. Loved them! Tender, juicy, good seasoning!

Served with lite ranch dressing, corn and Asian slaw mix, with added toasted sesame seeds and slivered almonds. Love those slaw mixes!
