Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š I like getting our cod from Costco. Never โ€fishyโ€ smells or tastes and can get at least 4 good sized meals out of 1 fish. A lot more economical for us than a restaurant ๐Ÿฅฐ
I just pulled some cod from the freezer.
I'll be doing it breaded/fried today with onion rings.

Looks perfectly coated and fried! What did you use for a coating, RM?

I use a mix called Fryinโ€™ Magic. Itโ€™s low in carbs too โค๏ธ
I'm using the Louisiana Fish Fry brand again.
I used it the last time, but it was a New Orleans Cajun I believe.
This one is just the original for crispy fish, but it's cornmeal and corn flour basically, so not low in carbs. Lol

Not a lot of colour with my dinner, but hey.. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคฃ

The fish is delicious, the onion rings are McCain beer batter frozen, reheated some corn and added a little butter, honey and a little blop of cream cheese.

I decided to make a couple of rustic looking pizzas instead.
They are refrigerated pizza dough, store brand pizza sauce, red onion, spinach, sliced little peppers, bleu, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
I'm pleased with the way they turned out.
These make up for those last ones I made with the crappy ready-made crust lol

Pizza dough, right? Not pie crust dough?

I'm going to a friend's house for an overnight tomorrow and we're doing pizzas, too!

Yep pizza crust dough.
I got this at our supermarket, Chief.
It's less expensive than Pillsbury.
