Wow....you are lucky to be able to do sit inside eating. We can't do that yet.Went to Ninja after work around 6:30.
Got the miso soup appy, chicken satay, cream cheese wontons, and the Ninja roll.
I'm still stuffed and VERY tired.

It's curbside pick up still.
It's still with social distancing inside, Jimmy.
I already know what I'm making for dinner this evening.
Found a nice, albeit thin! t-bone at the grocery store last night.
I'll grill pan that, and make a nice salad.
By the way, the price of ground beef??!!!
Dear Lord...
We were supposed to have grilled homemade pizza, but change of plans.
Craig had:
THE FRIENDLY GHOST
8oz custom blend ANGUS 1855 patty with our housemade ghost pepper pineapple jam, ghost pepper jack cheese, our housemade pineapple chutney, candied bacon, served on a seeded challah bun.
I had:
SERENITY BLEU
AKA BUFFALO BLUE CHEESE BRGR.House blend BRGR marinated in our buffalo sauce grilled and topped with Dutch blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion.
We both had a side of onion rings.
LOL! You two have so much fun in the kitchen!!
Lee
I didn't reverse sear this one.
Too thin, and I was afraid to.
The salad is mixed greens, mostly baby spinach, sliced yellow bell, cherry tomatoes, croutons.
I need to get more Panera balsamic vinaigrette.

I think they have to be going on 3" thick to reverse sear. Good looking meal though!
I was just updating my grocery list....$6.24/lb for the good stuff, a chub is less expensive .
