Lunch was Instant Pot stuffed artichoke.

Dinner was reverse seared/roasted butterflied leg of lamb, mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, and lamb pan gravy.

I went ahead and made the quiche.
Bacon, spinach, caramelized onions,Parm and cheddar,and a dash of nutmeg besides all the usual ingredients.
I'll have a small wedge momentarily for lunch, and another for dinner with cantaloupe.
The crust is wonky, but I wasn't being particularly picky lol

Looks spectacular to me! I think the rustic crust makes it look even more delicious!

The crust says "homemade". It looks much better than a perfect store bought one.
