La Choy sweet and sour chicken over rice, topped with crispy noodles.
Haven't had this for years!
Back in the day, I used to serve it over the noodles.
It still tastes as good as I remember.
I made 2 meatloaves using my mini loaf pan to mold them.
We like the nice dark crunchy crust.
Served with fresh steamed asparagus (topped with butter and fresh grated parm reg & pecorino romano cheeses), mashed Yukon and red potatoes, and mushroom gravy.
Supper was leftover macaroni and cheese fried in 2 tbs of butter.
It had crispy elbows here and there, and was so tasty.
Then, I had two bowls of salad greens. With French dressing.
Last Night's Pork Loin Chop, Seared, then Air-Fried, (nine minutes @ 370) with a Sweet-Sour sauceon a bed of Peppers & Onions, Bruce's Candied Yams, Spinach...
I've got a Chicken Breast thawing.... "plan" is to serve it with Alfredo Sauce, and I have leftie Spinach, so I'll try Sass's idea, and addendum the Alfredo / Florentine... at least, that's the plan..... I also have leftie Yams, so I'll mash 'em.....
Tina Mommy is cooking cabbage fried with bow tie noodles.
Then she wants burger soup. She has to go to the store to get celery and the stuff she needs to cook it.
Roast pork tenderloin with a glaze made with fennel pollen, dijon, balsamic and honey. Sides were steamed green beans and a potato, fresh fennel, onion gratin with gruyere.
Tonight was chicken noodle soup made from the leftover chicken I bought the other day, shredded carrots, onion, know bouillon,savory, sage, and tarragon. the noodle are a German product I get from the commissary.
Ooops! ...hahaha... I thought I didn't have my glasses on.
Also... as I look at the potato / carrots, when the baby carrots first came out, Poor Tina saw them, and said Aww....the poor little cute baby carrots.
And I said... "The sons a xitches, they couldn't even let them grow a little bit bigger?".....
We didn't know they were cut and shaped from big grande carrots.
Another funny eating habit of Tina's, is she will use her fork, and MASH together the carrots and potatoes. I don't even like my carrots touching my potatoes.

... Should have chosen a different plate tho'.... Ninja Carrots, lol...
Tonight will be.... ( Close yer eye's, and watta ya see ? ) Nada / "0" / Nothing!
No enthusiasm from any one in this household. The mood is in the pissy mood by everybody...
I'm in a good mood; so I will just make something for me!
