That's exactly what we are having, minus the mushrooms since I was out.My house is smelling really good right now.

I always use the attachment button and sometimes I'll put dots...... if I have nothing to say because it always tells me my message is too short.
Maybe it's the order of my typing and my uploading the pic or something. Weird.
Looks like my steak thawed, so I have it resting on the counter right now. I think I'll play around with charcoal again and cook it on my smoker instead of my gasser. I've got some shrimp thawing and am going to make a sauce for it along with a grilled spud. And garlic bread.... or bruchetta or crostini or something of that nature

No plated pics. We just kind of went buffet style and ate. lol We also had rolls and a salad.

Allen’s Mexican Seasoning Mix
Yields: ~ 1 ¾ c
¼ c chili powder
¼ c cumin
¼ c ground coriander
¼ c granulated garlic
¼ c onion powder
1/8 c oregano
1/8 c ground black pepper
1/8 c red pepper flakes
1 T salt
Blend together and store in an airtight container.
Rotisserie Chicken, Beans with Sausage, Shake-n-Bake potatoes, Angel Hair with Olive Oil and Herbs….and a Roll.
