Has anyone here made pork pies?
I've seen these many times featured on Phantom Gourmet & wondered what it would be like to make them for a change. The place that sells them is not easy to get to, & I'd like to try one or two of them. I DO have the mini pie plates that I can make them in, but I don't remember what the ingredients are except for the pork & the pie crust. It should be easy to make!!
