I would try nearly anything once. I say nearly to keep the door open. For example, I won't try pufferfish no matter how skilled the chef or how delicious it is supposed to be. I also see no reason to jump out of a perfectly good airplane with a parachute for exactly the same reason.

But....turkey testicles? Sure. I'll try it.

Unless you're a vegetarian I have no idea why anyone wouldn't. I had really gamey tasting venison a couple of weeks ago.

I’ve eaten heart, liver, ears, snouts, cheeks, testicles, and chitlins - chitlins I tried and not a fan. I knew a brain surgeon and he told me not to eat brains due to you just don’t know what you might contract from them. I took him at his word.

There are multiple things I won't eat if I don't know from where it came. Growing up, we raised/grew/trapped/caught it. It does make a difference! Scrapple comes to mind.....

I’ve not had scrapple but love head cheeses and liver sausages, etc. it’s my Bohemian upbringing.
