Burger King Triple Whopper Sandwich with Cheese and Mayo
1,250 calories
84 g fat (32 g saturated, 3.5 g trans)
1,600 mg sodium

This Triple Whopper is triple trouble. You could remove two patties and still be looking at more calories than you should tussle with in one sitting. And the fact that it’s got more trans fat than you should eat in a day only adds insult to injury. The problem with BK burgers is that not a single one comes without the heart-harming trans-fatty acids, despite their long-standing promise to (someday) make their menu trans-fat-free. Your best bet when dealing with the King is to choose a chicken sandwich instead.

6 Worst Fast Food Burgers

Not to mention the burps you get for hours afterward.
I don't do BK at all.

I remember reading a Playboy magazine years ago in the Barber Shop and seeing a review of the the American hamburgers on the market then. They compared McD to asphalt and the King to shoe leather. Wandie's the called the grease burger with unidentified frying objects (bones in the meat). The best according to the article was at Sizzler steak house and suggested you get their Salisbury steak and salad bar you had a best burger in America. The one the thought was second best was Frisch's Big Boy Hamburgers which I had one here and they are really good. I also had a burger last year at Red Robin which though the hamburger was probably less than a 1/4 pound but had all kinds of topping from sautéed mushrooms on. Excellent but too much for one person to eat.

For me it was Royal Castle which is about the same but just don't exist any more though I believe their is still one in Tampa Florida. We have a White Castle here but their burgers don't taste as good as they used to, at least to me.

Seems the worse it is for you, the better it tastes. So, I'll take two plus a BK Triple Stacker for good measure, and a strawberry shake, and large fries, and what ya got for dessert?

Well, there goes my theory that BK is healthier because it's grilled rather than fried ... But I don't get cheese or mayo, so is that okay? (I like extra mustard and pickles.)
