this time I used the bottled stuff. But usually I follow that Just One Cookbook version. Just didn’t have any ketchup

Servings ¾ cup or 180 ml per serving)
- 4½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (use vegan Worcestershire sauce for vegan/vegetarian)
- 2 Tbsp sugar (plus more, as needed; or substitute brown sugar)
- 5 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce (use Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce for vegan/vegetarian or shellfish-free options)

to be honest, even if I am making my own sauce, which is 99% of the time, I taste and adjust to make it taste as close to the bottle stuff as I can. which is usually more Worchester sauce.
