I had one and have no clue what happened to it. I’ll have to buy another. Years ago my wife got me a pizza oven attachment for my Weber Cooker and it’s still in the box. Hopefully this summer I can find the initiative to make my own Roman style pizza. Any tips would be helpful.
I have maybe 6? or so floating around. My pellet smoker has an attachment with a stone and that gets the surface temp up around 700F or better. A stone is half the secret to a good homemade pizza IMO, sucks the moisture from the crust when you slide it on. Gives it that nice crunch when it’s cut. I always try to do an overnight rise in the fridge too.
