The store that I bought my new range from promised delivery today. But the oven I ordered arrived damaged, and rather than "disappoint" me, they "upgraded" me by delivering a Smart Oven model without telling me. I specifically did not want a Smart Oven because the more things that can go wrong, will. And, I don't understand the value of it, if anything.
I think SilverSage has one. Kathy, do you use it? Why? Should I keep it or tell them to take it away and give me the Stupid Oven model?
If I could sit at the kitchen table and stream movies from the oven door, it might be worth it to me.
