Lee, I've never had it with mushrooms.I made a Tortilla Egg Bake to take for lunches this week. This one was meatless with arugula, red onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.

Nancy used her birthday cake fixings to make cupcakes to take to her open studio friends. I had a cull and it was tasty, cherry cake with penuchi frosting. I’ll have a piece of cake later.Tonight is leftover tuna and noodles from the freezer. Nancy’s VA open studio group gave her a nice birthday cake to take home so that’s dessert.
