Brunch - Poached eggs, corned beef hash, and half an onion bagel.

I had quite a bit of Italian cold cuts and cheeses left over from last night's charcuterie, so I chopped it up, added lettuce, onion, tomatoes, pickles and pepperoncini, made a dressing, and made a mini Chopped Italian Sub. Lots left.

Served with crispy zucchini fries. Excellent!
