We had tortellini and bolognese sauce.

We were at the market and Judy spotted these. (I should NEVER take her food shopping!!) I put them in the air fryer last night.
Eh. I guess they were OK. Even though I didn't add any oil, they dripped a lot of grease. And they weren't very "shrimpy". Won't do that again.

On a good note, they had some gorgeous looking short ribs, which I froze for another time.

That makes sense. You don't like shrimp. I love shrimp. I didn't think they tasted shrimpy enough.

I’ve not been able to find decent short ribs. We got some in Utah and left them with Matt.

We have a local place called Detwiler's Farm Market. They only have about 6 stores and all local in 2 counties, and Amish owned. They have the best meats, seafood, produce, and prices! The short ribs aren't prepackaged. You get to select them individually, just like you do for steaks.

Hmmm, I wonder if my stores carries that variety of brats? The newest I've seen are the Dr. Pepper ones lol

I’d bet probably not. Last I knew you could only get Summer Shandy (beer) in Wisconsin, I may be wrong. My favorite if I drink beer, brewed less than an hour away. They have an orange shandy also

Tonight’s vegetarian squash and black bean enchilada hot dish with poached pears for dessert. The hot dish was dressed with sour cream, salsa, and cilantro. Tasty.

Power went out just as I was about to start dinner. All electric here, so waited for power to come back on. Made breakfast for dinner.
