Taco salad with a chipotle-honey vinaigrette. The goodies are fresh chorizo, corn, avocado, tomatoes, black olives, sour cream, pickled red onions, and cilantro. There is lettuce underneath, a spring mix.

Tina made a pot of tomato sauce and meat balls. The meat balls were store made from Corrado's. They were hard as golf balls.
I ate just one, and never again. The Mangy fox we are looking for could have them all to himself.

I just foundd a recipe on Facebook for shells stuffed with ricotta I want to try.
