These are big sausages in a #8 Griswold. I’m holding off a bit as she is in bad traffic.I’m making Falls Brand Lumberjack Sausage, pancakes and eggs for supper.

Over easy,she put to many eggs in the small sauté skillet and had to much trouble flipping them with a small cake spatula.What do you suppose Nancy was going for with the eggs?

It was all good. The side was potato and cauliflower in a cream sauce.Nancy is making ham balls today and will have some for supper tonight - the rest will go in the freezer to take to Utah for Easter.
