I just looked up their menu - the prices are excellent! About $5 less per item than my go-to Mexican place.

I'm thinking about pastor street tacos today, or another salad with steak.
The same family owns Azul Tequila, the other Mexican place in town.
I was out and about shopping, so I stopped at Agave and got the steak bowl this time.
Steak, cilantro rice, queso, pico, black beans, grilled onions and peppers, lettuce and fresh cilantro.
Never disappoints!

Nancy reheated Matt’s prime rib. It was good but a little over done, but was expected. Nancy made a sweet potato dish, asparagus , and a lovely salade.

It was leftovers today. The only thing was there was too too way too much stuff. The neighbors
is where a lot of it was given to. My wife did a great job of cooking after my prepping and mixing.
DD did a lot also. She made nut rolls and poppyseed rolls, and carrot cake. She is cooking turkey soup as I write this. DS and DIL love turkey soup.

Since I copped out and went to the bar across the street for burgers on Easter, I cooked my duck breast today. Dried cherry and part wine gastrigue. My go-to on Easter.
I've decided to have broccoli cheddar quiche and a salad today.
The wings can wait until later on in the week.

We stopped at Heber Dairy today and I got a huge double dip cone and am still full. Supper tonight is raw fried spuds and pan fried burger - no bun fr me.

Nancy made raw fries using the leftover beef tallow and were so good. Matt pan fried burger - I only had one burger and small amount of potatoes. It was all good.
I'm making an easy dinner tonight. French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups and salad. I'll likely use some Johnny's for the "dip".
Those look terrific! My father would have loved them (huge French dip fan, but didn't like all the bread).
