This was yesterday. Scallops, deglazed with a bit of white wine, lemon, and butter. Baked sweet potato and asparagus.

Too much running around today. Storms and flooding in the forecast from tomorrow till Sunday. People are going crazy! I'm beat and my allergies are going crazy (I hope it's just allergies). Hub and I are having leftover chili. DD's are ordering something. Tomorrow is another day. And I still have to pick up DD from work.

I hit GOLD- I was in Marin County today and I seen
this small bakery (Redhill Cake & Pastry) That was advertising
Pot Pies- I bought both a beef and a chicken. -This one is the beef.
It is so good, and very filling. I'll try the chicken one for lunch tomorrow.
This & a glass of Milk. I'm happy.

Tonight was only the second time Matt sat down to eat as family. I had a Caesar Salad and New York Strip. The humous thing is he had to take rib eyes off the menu and replace with a NYS because he got to many complaints the rib eyes were to fat… my fries were garlic fries.

Tonight we ate ate Bistro 29 in Nampa. It’s a great place to eat and had one of the better waiters we ever had. He told us stories about the local wineries and gave expert advice on the wine to have for dinner. i Had a Caesar salad and ribeye. The Idaho Angus ribeye was excellent.
