I was going to get a rotisserie chicken last night at the store, but opted for a container of cooked, seasoned chicken instead.

Ann and Andy are coming to dinner. I’m pan frying black cod like I do.

Duck Inn Super club. We had chicken cordon blue and stuffed pork tenderloin rouladen. Relish tray, fresh bread and flatbread, potato soup and a side of spaetzles. Crackers and cheese. Not gonna leave a bad review but I probably won’t ever return to this place. Several things just lacked taste and not very warm. I’m to embarrassed to post a pic of my loaded potato

Tonight was roasted potatoes, carrots and black cod… I never got a pic of the Caesar salad and the peach cobbler.
I believe I'm making swiss patty melts today.
One for today, one for lunch tomorrow.

I hate that… go to the store to pick up a specific item and get everything BUT that item!
Just the ground beef patty and a little mayo.
I added the lettuce and bread and butter chips after I sliced it.

It was requested I make BLT’s tonight, nothing else. I did eat a whole plate of tomatoes from our garden.
