Dad and I had Mom's Baked Chicken Wings, potato salad and he had peas. I had caprese salad.

My friend brought me the most delicious balsamic glaze, which truly elevated the caprese!

Tonight will be some sort of salad with lots of toppings/add ons. Proteins like tuna, hb eggs, ham steak and cheeses, olives, and veggies to choose from.

Wonder Bread makes great French Rolls. They are very soft, holds everything in good.
My sammy was Steak, cheese, mushroom, dill pickle
& Mayo. Soup is Vegetable Beef.
