The crust was Bob’s Red Mill gluten free crust.

Tonight was a salade and a Costco Italian sausage. I saved on dishes and reused my salade bowl for the sausage. Our Italian lettuce is about done. We will plant more the beginning of September.

Pan-seared colossal scallops, angel hair pasta with browned butter sage sauce and Romano beans. Sage and beans from my container garden.

Must say, a delicious dinner!

This is Dad's plate - I gave him a lot more pasta than I had.

I’m going to the food store for some meat and odds ands ends.
Dinner will probably be steak, corn on cob and asparagus.

Also large baking potatoes for tomorrow.

I went to Trader Joe’s this morning. And got some odds and ends.
