It was sausage, and peppers, with potatoes, and Brats.....all baked in tomatoes in a foil pan for 4 hours.

Tonight and tomorrow dinner is a toss up. Sausage, bean and spinach soup or sausage, pepper and onions. I'll decide later. OR maybe not.

it was fun roasting hot dogs even though it was raining. I should be watching my sodium, too, but so far I’m doing ok...
