Pan fried, take off the heat, add a dab of butter then splashes of Worcestershire.
In fact, Dad used to do the same with his steaks.

I say nothing to her when she puts extra sugar or whipped cream on her sweets.

I made chicken soup and will serve it over brown rice topped with grated parmigiano reggiano and pecorino romano cheese. I have some homemade meatballs in the freezer maybe I will add a couple to a bowl tomorrow.
I used to buy Prince Spaghetti all the time when we lived on the East coast.Last night's dinner was - Meat sauce over TJ's pappardelle topped with parmigiano reggiano, pecorino romano & ricotta cheeses, sautéed button & bella mushrooms and broccoli rabe.
