What's on the menu Sunday, 4/4/2021 to Saturday, 4/10/2021?

We ate at 1pm, outside because it's so gorgeous.
I had a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw which was out of this world!
Also "debiled" eggs as Elaina calls them, three bean salad, potato salad, ambrosia salad and Easter bunny cake.
The kids had an Easter egg hunt just now.
Cats and geese are running all around lol
My allergies are driving me crazy, probably because of the different trees or something out here.
I didn't get any pictures, but I know Ty and Felicia did.
I'll share them when I get some.
I'm heading home.

We had a relish tray with some of our home made pickles, radishes, green onions, as well as debiled eggs, and pickled ham. The main was ham balls, cheese potatoes, Nantucket corn pudding, and an ambrosia salad. The sourdough dinner rolls were made by my daughter in law. The pineapple dump cake was well received but so rich. I’m stuffed.

Everything can be heated in microwave and no messy kitchen. I think the corn pudding and cheese potatoes will be better with a day‘s age on them. The ham balls are wonderful and the debiled eggs are as well.
So, on Saturday, we had our Polish Easter dinner of kielbasa, HB eggs, haluski (made homecook's version, but added rehydrated dried mushrooms and dill, pumpernickel, and of course, horseradish.
Then on Easter Sunday, we had my friend Kathy's tradition of take-out Chinese food on a beautifully-set table.

To tell you the truth, I wasn't all that hungry. I'll save half the steak for breakfast in the morning.

Tonight is spaghetti. I’m thinking of keeping it simple with olive oil and garlic.
I went grocery shopping and stopped at Big Boy.
I had the lemon pepper fried fish sandwich, then asked for a chili to go.
Looked in the paper bag when I got home and realized I should have specified bowl of chili to go.
I got a cup, with like 4 pkgs of crackers.

Jimmy, by the time I put 1 pack of crackers in that, it would be a sopped up cup of goop.
I'll eat it without the crackers.
