Banh mi meatballs with spicy mayo (mayo, sriracha, green onions) and Asian carrot and radish slaw, wrapped in butter/living lettuce. Dessert will be Pepperidge Farm cherry turnovers with vanilla ice cream.

Samosa with mango chutney and my wife’s Indian hot sauce. The tortilla like thing, I’m not sure what it is, but it was good.

The jackfruit and sweet potato curry was very good. No complaints...

I was pretty tired after all that rich food and 6 different wines last night. So I pulled a bag of tamales form the freezer that I made a few weeks ago. It filled the hole.

We are having Trader Joe’s tamales next Wed. They aren’t bad.

Anybody remember that commercial from 1 of the dating/match companies where this dark haired woman was complaining that the guy didn't know how to pronounce bolognese? Only thing was neither did she, it came out bo-log-nase-e. I cant remember how he pronounced it, but it wasn't anywhere near as far off as hers.

Pan roasted sausage and peppers with meat balls and potatoes. Garlic bread as a pusher.

Tonight it’s leftover turkey tetrazzini and pop corn later. I put Ghirardelli brownies in the oven for dessert.
