Sous vide roast beef. It's been cooking at 131 F for about 12 hours now and still has about 8 to go. Roast potatoes, carrots and mushrooms to go with. They will roast with the same liquid mixture that's in with the beef.

Roast beef after nearly 20 hours in sous vide at 131 F. It came out pretty good. I'll skip the mustard rub and double sear next time though, wasn't pleased with the crust. Roast potatoes, carrots and mushrooms using the same liquid as the roast. Buttered EPCOT bread of course.

Thanks guys, Roberta was beautiful inside and out.

The soup is wonderful.
I deboned and cut up the other chicken thighs, sliced the roasted carrots and onions, meant to add frozen peas and forgot, made 3 cups of chicken broth from Orrington Farms base, added all that then brought to a simmer adding some garlic-parsley Amish made noodles, then added an herb seasoning blend.
