I'm making beef stir fry with vegetable fried rice. The rice was already cooked in chicken stock, and the beef was thinly sliced while semi-frozen, and is marinating in soy, garlic, onion, sugar, ginger and fresh ground pepper.
Anyone else feel like cooking in this heat? Supposed to be 90F today, and I believe it's there. Glad the A/C is working.
