Mine isn't going to be homemade this time, I bought it from the store deli and need to use it up lol
Tyson bbq chicken strips, deli deviled egg potato salad (Walmart) and just a little salad.

We had some freezer BBQ pork ribs and freezer twice baked taters, with some Bush's beans too. Good stuff...and earlier we made a Costco run so I picked up another 3 racks of St Louis ribs. They are doing their thing in the sous vide. Will be ready for the freezer later today.

My friend, Lynne, and I went into Boston yesterday to walk,, eat and drink around. Ordered some delicious Reuben springrolls at Emmet's (Irish pub) - hot, crispy wrappers, melty cheese! Had a Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon Manhattan at The 21st Amendment (pub next to the State House) - powerful and a bit too sweet, could only do half.

I had some leftover rice, so I made fried rice. We had that with some Trader Joe's Orange Chicken. It was a good meal. Maybe not as good as my homemade Orange Chicken, but it certainly was easy! My basil plants have gone nuts! I really need to dehydrate a bunch of it!
Today I'm having Stouffer's tuna casserole and some pickled beets and egg.
Not the best picture, but it was good and filling.
Got them at the store deli.
