Nancy suggested Black Bear for fish and chips. I’ll get cod. The pollack all you can eat is too much.

I ate a Feast Tonight. Lobster Tails- Colosso Shrimp., Scallops, Mushrooms all on a bed of
Rice. Grapes & Root Beer. Ice Cream for Dessert.

Well, I bought some Phillips crab cakes today also.
I'll have those tomorrow with some cinnamon/pepper rice I've already prepped today and steamed green beans.
It's nice to get a meal plan going ahead of time.
Now that I finally know I will not be working tomorrow night.

My DD's took me to Cracker Barrel for Mother's Day lunch. I hate going out on Mother's Day. It's too loud and crazy. I can't deal with all the screaming kids. LOL The place was full of old people instead.
I had slow cooked pot roast. It was wonderful. I got an order to take home and shared with DD#2, we had it for late dinner.

I got the cod rather than the pollack. The cod as okay but had better at Red Robin. She got the eggs Bennie wit a side of bacon and like it. I should put a star on the calendar.

BLT’s are on for tonight. No L, though. Nancy made potato salade for tomorrow so we have a small bowl for a side. She has a cheesecake in the oven and when that’s out I’ll bake my bacon.

The Vidalia onion was perfect. The hot house tomato was gorgeous but had no taste. I can’t wait for home grown. Nancy made deviled eggs, as well.

Dave’s son graduated from Wazzu - they bought a can of Cougar Gold for the appetizer tray and it was excellent. I’ll spring for a can soon.
