Well...then, I credit Swanson for inspiring tonight's meal of leftover hamburger steak with mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes with string beans, baby new potatoes, and cornbread.

Both London Calling food trucks came today
Shrimp & Chips, & 1 fish from the fish & chips truck. The shrimp are bigger than Red Lobster’s Fried Shrimp.
Off the pasty truck. I bought a frozen Shepherds Pie for another day. Root Beer.

Smoked "Everything but .." salmon on a toasted sesame half bagel. This time, I put the capers and onions on top of the cream cheese, under the salmon. Doesn't make as pretty a presentation, but I didn't have them falling off all over the place. I think I say this every time I make it, but this might have been the best I've had. Maybe the other half for breakfast tomorrow.

With vegs from my garden. The small tomato variety is "Fourth of July" - very early for here.

Nancy found Omaha Steak’s sirloins in freezer that are cut like fillet mignon and will do them on the grill this evening. I’ll get some romaine for a salade and do a couple of russets.

Last night was ham and cheese sandwiches withe the last of German potato salade and coleslaw. I’m glad that’s gone.

I made beef stroganoff last night (my quick version). So tonight is either leftovers of that, or big salads.

Good job! I have granddaughter named Madeleine and occasionally make them. Lamb looks great, too.

We went out for fries and a drink before hand so just some roasted broccolini
