Mateus Rose is still made. Total Wine has it for about $10 a bottle.
So is Lancers, another Portuguese rose.
I'm not familiar with Aleanka.
I misspelled it. Here is their sparkling offering.

 
We're having short ribs too! Crock pot Korean short ribs, easy peasy. I'll make a pot of Jasmine rice in the rice cooker. Letting appliances do the work today...although I'll like make a salad too.

We went to local military pharmacy then to Daiso and Target. I spent the rest of the afternoon watching replay of grand sumo wrestling, the top matches. I prepped supper, meaning I cut up the bagel fixings. I should have saved her half for breakfast tomorrow. I had a bagel, half of Nancy’s, and finished off the greens.

Marinated the chicken overnight and made Greek roasted chicken Greek roasted beetroot and Greek roasted potatoes. Lots of roasting but the first recipes I've tried from a new George Calombaris book I bought recently. I'll definitely be doing it again.

This afternoon we visited #1 son then went to Northern Fish and bought frozen lobster tails for Valentines 💝 Day, smoked steelhead, and 2 pounds of mussels for tonight's supper. After that stop we went to Metropolitan Market and got olives, veg, baguette, and rosemary for enchilada fries. I make the mussels in the French manor served with baguette and fries.🍟 Right now I'm imbibing a glass of freezer cold vodka with blue cheese olives.🫒
 
I wanted to re-create the tuna melt subs I had on weekends at college (they were the cheapest subs) but I wanted to buy smaller sub rolls. The rolls I bought were the size I wanted, but pretty much all air. So, I just made the sandwich open-faced.

Good, but not what I'd hoped for.
