I lived a short walking distance from White Manna. Friends and I would get two cheeseburgers and a chocolate milk shake each and have to sit on the ground outside to eat. It was always so busy. :) Was better than White Castle! It's moving. Taking the whole building and moving.

An iconic Bergen County hamburger joint is getting a new address.

After receiving approval from the Hackensack Planning Board, White Manna Hamburgers will relocate its 80-year-old building to a different site about a mile away, Jersey Digs first reported.

Officials gave the project the green light June 10. It calls for the Art Deco-style diner to be lifted, transported and placed on a new foundation before a one-story addition is constructed behind it.

Pic of the turkey. DD had a taste, and Tina had a taste. This is what is left over.
I think this is going to be fed to to the turkey buzzards and the crows. It was a butter ball brand too

Tina and Maria didn't like it, ( As it is so shown in the picture. ) DD said it was dry, and Tina silently looked and smelled it first, and peeled a sliver off of it but had no Umm sound. I sat silently as I carved my delicious steak and corn; offering some of my dinner to them....and all as I made knife and fork articulation sounds of enjoyment. Oh!... and finger licking sounds also.

I moved out of California a little over a year ago. You could buy Tomales from many of your neighbors. Or Super markets parking lots.
Usually about $2-$3. Each!
At Sam’s Club- 10 pork FILLED Tsmales
$13. And they are the best I ever had. Lots of pork filling, & the masa was firm. You could actually pick up the tamales, without them falling apart in your hand.

What to do with your left over Buffalo wings-
Into the pot, cover with water let it start boiling- I added celery, green onion, mushrooms & small can of chicken broth. After an hour.
I took wings out, and deboned them. While broth was boiling, I added egg noodles, then I put the deboned chicken back in. & added a little paprika.(spice level similar to those bowls of ramen that says spicy hot) .

Trying a new recipe for Greek Meatballs. We'll have them with pita, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers and tzatziki. I'm also making some roasted Greek potatoes. I wanted to go to our local Greek restaurant for lunch, but they weren't open yet...sigh. Oh, well, dinner will be much cheaper than lunch would have been! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
