That didn’t happen… Nancy made crab cakes and salad course was Buratta Caprese with Nancy’s grown from seeds basil.
Her tartar sauce was runny due to using her homemade mayonnaise.
I had leftover honey walnut shrimp and chow mein from Panda Express.
Ty bought enough of a lot of stuff from there.

The kids are all down the NJ Shore for the week. Tina was appointed to feed the 2 cats.
I Get nervous when she is there all alone with tons of bears lurking and looking for food., and there is Tina, banging the cat food dishes to call the cats to come and get it....

BLT with - wait for it- New Jersey tomatoes.
My friend has visitors and brought her a bunch of fresh tomatoes from NJ. Our tomatoes come in in March or April, so everything we can get now is imported green and not very good. She gifted me a few.

No clue here… maybe burgers.
Had to make the salmon pan fried in olive oil and butter, because my air fryer bit the dust.
The spinach is wonderful (Birds Eye Steakhouse)... and the corn is excellent.
