I used a Butterball sweet onion turkey burger, lettuce, onion, pickles, Kraft single sliced cheese with caramelized onions ( new to me) and Secret Sauce on a Pepperidge Farms onion and poppy seed bun.

Going easy tonight -

RealGood low carb chicken strips and cheesy cauliflower rice and broccoli.

I made chopped liver and paired it with cucumbers, hard-cooked eggs, avocado slices, homemade pickled onions and crackers. We have had it a few times over the past few days. Sometimes for dinner, sometimes lunch.

I'm taking a few leftovers and creating a new meal... We're having Taco Salad Thursday. Using l/o chicken (transformed with some salsa), freezer refried beans, Mexican Rice...then the greens, tomatoes, salsa & cheese.
