Our kitties turned two years old today. We had cheeseburgers-n-stuff. (Cheeseburgers, chips, corn on the cob, and cookies.)
No photo of food but a photo of kitties greeting me when I woke today. Mance (17 lbs.,) Osha (9.2 lbs.) and Ygritte (9.3 lbs.) When we got them, they each weighed less than 1 lb. I used AI to make my laundry disappear!

I put a frozen kielbasa on the hob low. Last night’s leftover Spanish rice will be the side.

Steak Pasty- Pickled Beets - Milk.
There was quite a bit of food at the dinner.
Three crock-pots with different stuff, the one had chicken and noodles, I believe the other was a beef type thing with potatoes.
I went to the table with a large tray of reuben sliders, different cold salads and a cheese and veg tray.
I didn't really stay and mingle that long after her niece's lovely words, because it was mostly people who had known Rose for years and years.

I´ll post a recipe later. This pie hasn´t a crust but a lot of mozzarella cheese on the top. I use with this pie a potato-based dough which is super easy ja fast to make and tasty too.
It sure doesn't look as pretty as the last one.

On way home from hospital yesterday we stopped at Trader Joe’s. Nancy bought several frozen meals that only require microwaving and since it is a busy day I imagine it will be one of those. .
