So far.... No Clue for what's cooking for supper.????/ Had a Big Breakfast from MacDonald's, and now we both are clueless for what to cook. Tina Mommy is making a sauce and meatballs for the weekend festivities.

Simply a lower carb tortilla, fresh lettuce, 1 air fried chicken strip, cheese blend, green onion and Secret Sauce.
Easy and delicious.
No idea what I'll eat at work tonight.

Lunch- I finished off the Brisket Noodles from yesterday, I added cheese on top. Really good.
Tonight- Clam Chowder, Shrimp. Scallops. Crab Cake, over Lemon Pasta. Cape Cod, for my beverage .

I went to commissary and thought military pork country ribs fatty but got two packages. They had one package of thick cut loin chops but passed. Now I regret it. On way home I stopped at Costco and their country ribs were nice so got them. I put the spares in freezer for next week. Supper will be the ribs done on the grill with hickory for smoke, potato salad, and coleslaw. Maybe some beans.

Kids and grand kids are coming over for pizza. Cooked kielbasa and kraut earlier, so they can pick on that if they wish....

He did good!! So we are grilling NY strips tonight with corn on the cob and cheesey potatoes. I have to work all weekend, so he's trying to help! FYI, I make my own schedule and work for myself....so it is what it is!!
