French Onion Soup

Funny, I just sent my wife an IM asking about what to do for dinner and then I come here and see this thread.
We're still in the planning stages. Especially since we're still stuck in Fridge-limbo. The current delivery date has been pushed all the way back to October 21st now.
(So... we're probably going out. At least we're trying to stimulate the economy and supporting the local eateries and watering holes)
Or just go and while you shop the sales a meal will pop up. I love doing that. Sometimes a meal turns out fantastic and costs next to nothing. LOLI am eating leftover home-made tacos (as I type this) for lunch...still in the planning-for-dinner stage. I have to run to the store later this afternoon to get some milk, so I'd better figure out my dinner before then so I can get what's needed.

OOoooooo!!!!!!! Looks Good Joe! ... The bread looks great. My back is feeling better today, following a bonding session with my incline machine. So I took advantage of feeling better and made a loaf of honey whole wheat bread a dozen sandwich thins, a loaf of artisan no-knead, and spaghetti dinner with a nice salad.
Artisan no-knead...
