Today ai stopped at Class VI and got a bottle of Tanqueray Rangpur which is my favorite for G&T’s - with Fever Tree Tonic.

Tonight was one Tanqueray Rangpur G&T with Fever Tree Tonic while the coals heated up.

I got 2 cases of Modelo. Expensive and glad I didn’t have to pay tax. I can’t remember when I’ve had a beer with lunch. Modelo tastes just like German Pils but then the Germans taught them how to make beer. Bud Lite was $9.99 a cube! It was a special Super Bowl champion run they did and trying to get rid of it. Not for me.

As I've said before, I don't drink white wine so I don't know much about it. But I had my teeth whitened yesterday and the dentist told me to eat/drink "white things" for the next couple of days, so my teeth don't stain until the pores in the enamel close. The whole process is a PIA, by the way. I really miss coffee.

Anyway, wine. I knew I didn't care for pino grigio, so asked the wine guy about "buttery Chardonney" which sounded pretty good. He said it was full-bodied, not sweet. I got an inexpensive bottle. Well, it IS pretty good, but a little sweet. Kind of enjoying it, though.

I need to go to wine tastings more often.
