It's a bit early to tell, but I threw a hint pointing toward burgers and hot dogs, or lasagna.

I'm working 10a-6p today.
Tuna salad wrap for my work lunch.
I'll figure out dinner once I get home this evening.

Looks like lasagna won!.... It's all done and setting for later.

DD made mini pizza cups for lunch. Half were mushroom and half were pepperoni.

Dinner is simmering. Should be done in about a half hour.

Dinner was pan-fried pork chops simmered with sauerkraut, onions, potatoes, pork pan gravy, fennel seeds and caraway seeds.

I went to Peter’s to clean out some of the garden beds. While I was gone she made ratatouille. WTF! I had plans for leftovers and that’s what I ate. We’ll have the ratatouille tomorrow.

I had a baked potato with leftover Swiss steak and mushroom gravy. Dessert was plum crisp.

I’ll pan fry some Polish sausage and heat up the rest of the kraut. there is still half of acorn squash, too.

Yep, I had leftover pork chop, cottage cheese and sliced tomatoes.

We ordered Chinese take out. DD and I shared chicken with cashews and pork fried rice.

Leftovers. I pan fried the leftover baked potato with some,onions, ghee and bacon grease. The black cod was leftover from a few weeks ago, frozen, and microwaved today. I liked it, she didnt.

The green beans are finally gone. Peter has more and will gather them tomorrow. I bought more sweetcorn, too.

I had a naked cheeseburger and grilled zucchini. Brunch was a mushroom; onion egg omelet with cheese grated on top.
Tina didn't like it. It browned from the toasted cheese, and so, she doesn't like it that way.
