I had a really good stir fry last night. I cut up some pork tenderloin, splashed on a little brandy and some soy sauce, and then added a little cornstarch. While that sat in the fridge for a while, I cut up some onion, celery, mushrooms, and pineapple. One big stir fry...sure was good.
 
Hey Jimmy...whut up? Looks like this thread has been abandoned. I guess one of us needs to change deodorant...or maybe start using it.:D:D:D

Anyhoo, here's yesterday and today's dinners. Yesterday I made pan fried pork chops, some kick-butt twice baked potatoes (made extra and froze them for later), steamed broccoli and a tomato/cuke salad. The chops were done to perfection and were juicy.



I woke up this morning with a sinus headache at 2:30 am, and came downstairs to sleep in the chair. I was watching some food show where they were making Cacio e Pepe (cheese & pepper). It looked good, even in my impaired state, so I made it tonight, and embellished the recipe by adding some toasted Italian bread crumbs and a couple of my sweet sausages. Not show is the ketchup I put on it after taking the picture. I love ketchup on simple pasta dishes, and have been doing it since I was a kid.
