Hobo stew would be right up my alley!DH had some leftover Hobo Stew that I made yesterday and I had a slice of buttered Raisin Bread, sliced Cucumber and sliced Tomato.

lunch was simple- veggie soup, olives, v8, & candy.
dinner may be an egg & cheese sammich. i have bacon, too, & thin-cut skillet steak- so may make 1 of those 2.

Tina made a Lemon Chiffon Pie. It's in the reefer setting.

Ummmmm!! I see black pepper! My Favorite SpiceButterflied pork chop cooked on the George Foreman grill and steamed broccoli with watery hollandaise. Note to Self: Must use full amount of butter if you want the hollandaise to thicken up :

A little bit of food trivia...I have never been sure of the spelling of the name for those mushrooms. I've seen it spelled many ways - portobello, portobella, portabella, portabello. I finally looked it up this morning. It seems the preferred spelling is portobello.

Oooooo!! Those shots are great.Church fest food this afternoon! my fave bartender made scads of drinks/jello shots. i drank a few last night (she gave me several to critique, & they were a-okay to me, as was). Church ladies & others sell food. i'll get a few pix.
