Sorry no pics but dinner was great. Filet seared on stove top cast iron grill pan, baked potato, steamed fresh bi-color corn on the cob and steamed fresh baby spinach.

Monday..5/20/13 Hot Dogs!...
Grilled..and I had one with just mustard and onions, and one with onions and chili and cheese. Darn, they really hit the spot!

Had cookies for dessert, and had some almonds to crunch on later tonight.

In spite of having a busy, busy day, I still managed to make some honey whole wheat bread and make a nice pork chop dinner. I made the taters while making bread, and just heated them up while making the rest of dinner.

Joe, that looks wonderful!!!!

Where did you get those bread bags?

What a lovely day for a sandwich.... and a salad!
Believe me...dessert is scrambling around in my head right now. I'm thinking of some waffles with ice cream on top, and some walnuts and butterscotch syrup to top it off. LOL

Kraft Anything Ranch Dressing. I add a little milk to it because it's a little too thick for my taste.

Oh! GEEZE I forgot all about that ranch stuff.

I only grew up with oil and vinegar / French / or Russian Dressing. That was about it. lol

Shrimp Parmesan from the leftover shrimp from last night and Krispy Kreme Ice Cream on top of a Krispy Kreme doughnut for dessert. Nothing green tonight.....well, except for the parsley

Ham & Cheese with tomato and lettuce and cheese, and LOADED with MAYO!

Bad Choice using the bagel, and even though it was a soft Thomas' Bagel.

I made a big pot of turnip greens and had some for lunch. Ummm they were good. I used a little olive oil, diced onion, diced ham, chicken broth, and some Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (supposed to be good for you, but IDK). More greens and some pork tenderloin for dinner :encore:.

Had my first taste of hummus today...pretty good stuff.

I have some white beans simmering right now for some hummus, all i do is puree them with olive oil, roasted garlic a little salt and whatever herbs I have

i luv the kind of hummus u speak of, belaine.

cooksie, that dinner is perfection on a plate.

i decided dinner is gonna be bacon. bacon was on sale, & those sales get me if it's a food i luv. at this rate, i'll be having 3 meals a day consisting of bacon & syrup. fer a week.
