🌹 Still trying to get it right.
TURKEY breast, stuffing (gotta have stuffing for sammies LOL) mashed taters, brussells sprouts and pan gravy.

Not quite sure yet, but dinner will include chicken breasts and artichoke hearts.

It's good to see you back posting, Peep!

Thank you cooksie. My hands and fingers are hurting so bad lately typing is no fun . The braces don't help much.

No dinner pics because everyone was so hungry. It was all good. Perfect scratch pan gravy. Nice brown skin one side of the breast left for sammies. Bones and wings for stock and soup. It was 9 lb and cooked in 1-1/2 hours on 325F convection roast.

Since my turkey breast had no wings and no bone, maybe it was a Motel Style turkey breast :corny::hide:.

:yum::yum::yum:

I just made a harvest spaghetti sauce with some angel hair pasta. Harvest meaning all the great stuff folks are bringing to work to share from their garden. I got a nice zucchini, squash, green pepper, onion and my store bought garlic to start out the harvest sauce. I will try and remember to post a pic. MAMA MIA!

Char grilling 2 whole lemon pepper chickens, brined for 8 hours in lemon pepper brine, au gratin taters made with my own dehydrated taters. Pictures to follow.

Done with supper. It was OK only because I made Tina and me a single lonely grilled cheese and tomato!

It just about filled a cavity. It was like a snack at supper.
What does that mean???

It Means, bedtime snacks to be made later on.
I don't know what? Yet!... But it will be worth making,.

GD ate a whole box of ravioli....hahahahaha.

London Broil with salad and potatoes

Last night supper was tuna and mackerel salad with mayo pepper, minced onion and celery.

It hit the spot, and was effortless to make.

After seeing Pancho's london broil :readytoeat:, I went digging in the freezer. Found a flank steak so that's tonight's dinner.

Making a meatloaf and corn on the cob. Will have some cauliflower for a side. Wife bought this huge head for $1.50 at the Amish produce market. Picked this very light colored pepper to make room for all the other dark ones on that plant. Have never had peppers cluster like this year. Some plants have as many as 6 in a bunch. As they get too tight against eacn other we pick one or 2 to make room for the others.

We had a rrice and beans, and Tina made beef cubes and gravy...
The kids came over, and brought gifts and cards and a couple cakes and cannoli's and we sang Happy Birthday To Mommy Tina. It's tomorrow the 23rd. (68)y/o

We are gone to Lancaster County PA tomorrow for a weekend and a wedding there.
There will be lots of Mennonites; Amish and a lot of PA Dutch Cooking... Oh! Yeah! Cumm Esse! ( Come Eat )

I got a whole case of digestive aids and enzymes to help us so we can eat eat and eat!!
I may have to become a Bulimic for the weekend!
Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha .....

I'm taking the puter with me. They have wifi in the hotel we are staying at. It has a great Bar Too!!
I have the canes and the hot water bottle so I could walk around, or shall I say, at least get into the food lines without difficulty. The hot water bottle, for my tummy! LOL

Wow, MM, that cauliflower is a perfect specimen. The ones I buy at the grocery store always have a couple of flat brown spots on them from being tossed, racked, and stacked.

Sounds like you're prepared with a whole case of digestive aids , Jimmy. Hope you two have a ton of fun.

If we don't have a Ton Of Fun, I know we will have a Ton Of Food!:corny:

Nice goulash, LS! My mother used to make that at least every other week. We loved it.

Flank Steak Sandwich with sauteed onions, mushrooms, and my favorite cheese, gruyere:

That cantaloupe is the best that I've had this season. I had to have several samples while cleaning it.
