I've been hooked on Clam Stripa from Long John Silver. I seen
Clam strips for sale at the Grocery store. Than I found a different
brand of Clam Strips at another Store. Today, I tried Brand One-
Fantastic- I'll give brand name later, But they were way better than
LongZJohn Silver. And way mote clam Strips. That was just 1/2 of the box. I'll have soup later tonight. View attachment 83676

Dan, I've seen SeaPak clam strips in the stores before, but have never bought them.

Last night we went across the street to eat. They had something new on the menu, so I tried it. A 4 cheese grilled with bacon and a sweet bacon habanero jam on sourdough. It was surprisingly good!

London broil never happened. I had a tomato salad. That was it; with bread to sop up the juices.

I've got a couple of chicken breasts in the oven. Making Oven Fried Chicken and we'll have them with a green salad. Easy dinner.

This week I'm making chicken fajitas, spaghetti and meat sauce, and tonight I think we are having salads with chicken strips. I make and freeze chicken strips in batches for salads and sandwiches.

Nancy over bought on shitaki mushrooms so tonight is a mushroom chowder of some sort. I think she’s winging a recipe.

I've got a small pot of minestra cooking on the stove. London broil will be the star attraction.
The gas Co. is installing new Gas piping on the streets here.and the parking and upset is paying its tole.

I'll be going to the store to get half a slab of bbq baby backs, I'll see if they still have the fresh bi-color corn on the cob and there will be salad too.

I'm having half the rack of ribs, the corn is buttered with some Old Bay - the salad is baby romaine with red onion, grape tomatoes and avocado with Italian dressing.

I'm trying a new recipe for crock pot chicken and gravy. We'll have that with Harvard beets and a green salad. Lately, we've been enjoying salads with vinaigrettes. Today's will be olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and basil.

Not really...I forgot to mention the mashed taters that will go with our meal... Although, we are enjoying smaller meals.
