Well Jeff got hung up at work, so Jules, myself and her granddaughter Emma ate at Downtown Restaurant.
After that we went to Sauder Village to pick up donuts at The Dough Box.

I had 3 shrimp tacos.

Massaman chicken curry, though I cheated and bought the curry paste. Craig was supposed to make several, but he hasn't gotten around to doing it yet. Rice to go with this and I made extra to make fried rice in next few days. Just need to let the curry heat up for a few minutes, cook the rice, and chop up an avocado.

I liked the purple asparagus rather than green beans.

Tonight was vegetarian; tofu and broccoli which didn’t come out right but was still tasty and a ramen noodle thing that was very good. It needed salt so I added chicken salt.
