I love Texas Roadhouse but the one in my town is ALWAYS jam packed. And it’s so loud… but they got that honey-cinnamon butter for those little biscuits ❤️

Open face sandwiches with last of prime rib from Christmas, purchased and then doctored up gravy on top of garlic Texas toast, green beans, and smashed roasted Yukon gold potatoes.

Hamburgers. Beautifully pink and juicy. Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, Peter Luger steak sauce. Just the way I like it.

I ended up getting called in on the 2p-10p slot.
I had some kind of macaroni and beef dish, stewed tomatoes and spiced apples.
My surprise nursing home dinner lol

Tina mommy took out ground beef and made Salisbury steak in delicious gravy and mashed potatoes and
gravy. Carrots sliced in sticks. Green beans on the side. Ice cream for dessert.

Yup ! super crowded, super noisy... used to hit 'em at least once a month, but quality and service... plus the Catfish went from a great filet to practically all breading... by the time the product is golden brown, the 1/4 inch of fish is mush ...
Amazingly, as busy as they were, with a crowd waiting, they sat me at a table for four ....

The only Texas Roadhouse in our area is at the main post at Ft. Lewis and packed with army families. We’ve never bothered to go.

I had a leftover pork chop and spinach salad for lunch.
Dinner may be chicken fried rice (the InnovAsian brand). I'll jazz it up with cashews and green onions.

This can be made in the microwave, but I'd never do it that way.
I did it in a large frying pan over med-hi heat in sesame oil.
Added a few splashes of soy sauce and green onions at the end.
Very good.

Had potato dumplings with fried cabbage. No dessert yet because I am going to bake them NOW.....
Pillsbury new LARGE blue tube ones. Cinnabon flavor and there are 5 in the tube.

Hotdogs and sauce is popular in WV and ate a lot of them when. I lived there. With that said, I don’t care for green peppers in chili and never had it in Sloppy Joes, otherwise sounds great.

Pan-fried strip steak, mushroom caps (sautéed in the pan drippings & fond, & a splash of Maggi), green beans, and Knorr's Spanish rice side.
My blend dipping sauce for steak on the side.

Im making sourdough pancakes tonight and have the batter fermenting on the hob.

Had an English muffin toasted; with butter, and a little grape jelly.
No clue for supper either. Tina is out shopping, so only that will determine what to make for supper.

Nancy went to WinCo and got me my favorite sausage links. I’ll get out the #9 Griswold to fry - I’ll freeze half for later.

Tonight was leftover Pork Chili Verde and Mexican Corn Dip. Both were way too bland for me. The chips were good.

I airfried some chicken wings, Still Hungry; so I ordered
Chinese. Egg Flower Soup-Pork Egg foo young.
My neighbor came over and we feasted. Both had
a lot of Pork Strips, & enough veggies, I'll be healthy for a week.
