I may have beef and broccoli over cauliflower rice.
It is Lee, nice and tender and they don't skimp on the amount either.
Today I'll be making a recipe I found on Facebook.
It's simply fresh chicken tenderloins/creamy Italian dressing and parmesan. In the oven @ 425 for 20 minutes.
Possibly cornbread stuffing and steamed asparagus on the side.
