Homemade tacos.

They were so good. I was so tired of not being able to cook.

LT and med - beautiful plates! So different, but I want them both!

Tina was at her uncles today, so on the way home, she stopped at the Asian market, and picked up cod fish for our supper.
Had that in a wine / butter sauce; green beans and little baby potatoes with herbs.
Jello for dessert later.

Had a hankering for a fish taco and I found the BEST battered frozen haddock filets that I have ever had! Huge, crispy, delicious and on sale!! 270 calories per filet.

Served on a whole wheat tortilla with lettuce, light Ranch dressing, homemade pico de gaillo (sp?) with my garden vegs. And sliced garden tomato. And English cuke.

So good!
